Description

This cable is specifically designed for use with all 40-pin ECMs in off-road applications so any 40-pin ECM that IS NOT IN AN ON-ROAD TRUCK. It facilitates direct communication with the ECM, significantly enhancing communication reliability and reducing the risks associated with CANBUS communication. This cable is compatible with NEXIQ and most other common adapters including Catcom adaptors. It has the CNF4 pin out usually associated with the Grey 9 pin connector. The cable is fuse-protected and is typically used for diagnostics, providing stable communication that reduces risks during tuning

To be used on the older CAT engines that are being used in Off-Road Applications

If the ECM has 40-pins, and it running an off-road engine this cable will work.

The cable does not require a base cable with the tools with a 9 pin plugging directly into the cable
